Coach/Counselor Workshops

P.L.A.Y. uses the LEADER methodology to teach coaches and counselors how to help their players or campers enjoy their experience and to maximize various opportunities provided to them throughout the season. Its focus will be on how to be a "L.E.A.D.E.R." The program teaches one to increase their own awareness into the experiences of the youth they are working with as well as understanding their developmental needs. Our objective is to equip coaches and counselors with the resources to get the most out of their players or campers both physically and mentally!
